# Plans and credits

> What the Free, Starter, Growth and Scale plans include, how the 14-day trial works and what credits pay for.

Every organization has one plan, shared by all its projects and members. This page is the reference for what each plan includes, how the trial works and what credits pay for.

## What each plan includes

Prompts and keywords are tracked every day. Credits arrive every month.

* **AI prompts** are the questions your buyers ask AI assistants. Every day SEOmator asks each one on ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Gemini.
* Prompts and keywords are shared across all projects in the organization.
* Every paid plan has unlimited seats. Setting up a project beyond the included ones costs credits.
* Yearly billing costs ten months: two months free. Credits still arrive monthly.
* **Enterprise** sets prompts, keywords and credits to your volume. Click **Talk to us** to reach the team.

## Start a trial

After you create an organization, SEOmator shows **Pick a plan to try**.

**1. Compare the plans**

On **Pick a plan to try**, compare **Starter**, **Growth** and **Scale**.

**2. Start the trial**

Click **Start my 14-day trial** on the plan you want.

To skip the trial, click **Continue with Free**.

## How the trial works

Nothing is deleted when a trial ends.

## Credits

Credits pay for work beyond your plan. Your plan's prompts run without credits. Going over the allowance never stops tracking: the extra prompts run on credits while your balance covers them. 1,000 credits cost \$1.

A prompt over the plan costs its three answers for the day. Failed answers are free.

* Credits last 12 months, and the ones that expire soonest are spent first.
* A plan's credits roll over while you're subscribed.
* Free credits end with the calendar month.
* You can buy credit packs at any time. Bigger packs add bonus credits.

## The Free plan

Free tracks one project. If you drop to Free (when a trial ends or you cancel), nothing is deleted:

* your first project stays live and the others pause;
* in that project, the oldest 10 prompts and the oldest 25 keywords stay active and the rest are archived;
* reports show the last 30 days.

Free tracking pauses after 30 days without a visit.
